Join the fabulous Sarah Corrigan from the Rainbow Crow Cultural Collective for an engaging Wayapa program tailored for families and little ones aged 0-5 years. If you've ever wondered how to connect with the earth while juggling toddlers, this is the perfect opportunity. Wayapa is all about embracing our ancient Indigenous wisdom, focusing on caring for Mother Earth as the ideal starting point to achieve that elusive Earth Mind Body Spirit balance. You'll experience some fun mindfulness activities and Indigenous-inspired movements that encourage a healing vibe through some good ol' yarning and connection. And don't worry, it's suitable for babies in prams, toddlers on the move, and even the carers chasing after them.
The best part? It's free, and you can just pop in whenever you're free during this four-week program, no need to book a spot. Grab your little ones and drop by for a session or two – or all of them if you fancy a bit of routine. If you have any access or inclusion needs, feel free to send an email to
[email protected] to sort that out. Happy earth connecting, and remember, it's all about finding that zen while trying to dodge baby spills and toddler tantrums.
