Once again these fine 4 groups of rival football supporters will take to the football field for the 4th time supporting 6 year old West Ham fan Isla Caton. It's well worth noting that these 2 groups of rival Geordies & Mackem's and Irons & Lions have supported Isla's campaign since 2018 with an amazing £25k being raised so far!
