Whether youre dipping your toes into life drawing, got years of sketches under your belt, or just fancy a cheeky night out with mates involving booze and bad art, the Tipsy Sketching Club at Meantime on Beaumont in Hamilton has you covered. Its a relaxed two hours of timed poses from two to 30 minutes, with breaks for drinks, snacks, giggles, and comparing whose model looks most like a startled giraffe. They provide drawing gear, but drag along your own pencils or paints if you prefer. Everyone from scribblers to pros is welcome, any medium goes.

The sessions on for 11 September 2026 at 104 Beaumont Street, The Loft on Level 3, Hamilton 2303. Expect a bar, carpark, public toilets, restaurant, and non smoking vibes. Disabled access is there, but ring ahead for details. Tickets are 35 bucks each.
