If you need to attend a first aid course but limited in time – and do not want to compromise on the knowledge and skills you need to help save a life; then our “blended format” might be for you.

The BLENDED option reduces the face to face time and allows for a safer, more flexible attendance at courses.



We take first aid training seriously but understand that many people simply cannot afford to spend a whole day completing a course. Our blended format combines self-paced online learning with approx 3 1/2 to 4 hours of face-to-face instruction and assessment to ensure the participants walk away with the essential life-saving skills.

This unit has been known in the past as Senior First Aid, Apply First Aid, or even Level 2 First Aid. The name of the course changes but the importance of the information contained in the courses hasn’t changed. The HLTAID0011 Provide First Aid ( which includes HLTAID009 Provide Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation ) unit provides participants with the skills and knowledge to assist in almost any emergency situation involving first aid.
