Imagine 2030, apparently things have gone a bit pear shaped. Not because of robots or aliens, but thanks to an overload of things like gentle parenting advice, elaborate love languages and perhaps a few too many varieties of oat milk. Civilisation, as we know it, has apparently crumbled under the weight of self diagnosed ailments and general whinging. It seems we need someone to step up and rescue us from this softocalypse.

Luckily, Heath Franklin's Chopper is here to set us straight. He's the moustachioed hard bastard ready to restart humankind with a bit of a kick up the backside, just in time for the Newcastle Comedy Festival. If you're familiar with Heath Franklin's transformation, it is pretty much like watching a comedy superhero take the stage, ready to sort out all our modern woes. Expect a very firm point of view and a good laugh about it all.
