During these school holidays, if you are keen to explore some truly unique Australian tastes, Sarah Corrigan will be on hand. She is a proud Darkinjung woman and health practitioner from the Rainbow Crow Cultural Collective, ready to guide your tastebuds. Prepare to discover flavours that might just surprise you, in the best possible way. Forget what you thought you knew about local cuisine; this is the real deal.

You will get to sample some fascinating bush tucker, including intriguing syrups and those delightful little finger limes. Think of it as a culinary adventure without leaving Newcastle. Plus, you will even take home a recipe card so you can attempt to recreate a bit of the magic in your own kitchen later. This gathering is open to all ages, and there is absolutely no need to book.
