Hunter Drama is running their on 12 January 2026 near Newcastle, with a lineup of theatre activities to keep the kids busy while schools are out. You have one-day musicals and plays for a quick hit of stage time, a three-day musical theatre bootcamp that might leave everyone humming show tunes for weeks, scriptwriting sessions where they can invent their own dodgy plots, and improv classes that are basically organised chaos on legs.

Its open to students of all ages, guided by teaching artists who have actual industry chops and hopefully a knack for wrangling hyper performers. The spot is family friendly, has public toilets on site, and accessibility info is available. Dates and full details via their booking link.
