Ever wondered what it's like to draw a stranger while holding a glass of wine? Or maybe you're a seasoned sketcher who just wants an excuse to get out of the house and drink somewhere that isn't your lounge room. The Tipsy Sketching Club is back at Lambton's favourite local pub, offering a very civilised evening of sipping, snacking, and scribbling at a live model. No prior talent required, no pretentiousness allowed. It's basically a night out with friends, but with less small talk and more nudity (artistic nudity, tastefully timed).

The whole thing runs about two hours, with poses ranging from a two minute dash to a proper half hour sit down. Plenty of breaks to refill your glass, grab a plate of pub food, and laugh at your own wobbly proportions. You can bring your own pencils and paper if you've got favourites, or borrow some supplied gear. All mediums welcome, from charcoal to crayon to the dubious pen you found in your car. The pub has a bar, a carpark, a restaurant, and a loo that doesn't require a treasure map to find. Wheelchair access is available; just give the organisers a bell if you need specifics. No smoking inside, obviously. Come along, or don't. It's just on if you want to.
