The is the biggest regional T20 cricket comp in Australia, unfolding at No.1 Sportsground through the summer months. It pulls in 15 teams with fancy overseas players and Sydney guns joining the local crew for some ripper fast-paced action under the lights, kicking off at 6pm each night. The regions top sides go head to head in a format thats all pace and no faffing about, streamed live if you cant be bothered dragging yourself there, and its backed by the City of Newcastle to keep community cricket humming along.

On the practical side, theres car parking if you drive, its fine for families who dont mind a bit of noise, public loos are sorted, and they make a real effort with accessibility so people with access needs can join in without hassle.
