Earp Distilling Co. is putting on a gig with a fixed three-course menu, kicking off with shared starters and winding down with something sweet and sticky. It's all set up that way so nobody's faffing about with choices, and the kitchen can keep things ticking over without drama, leaving you to focus on the romance or whatever.

They've got the basics covered too, like a bar for obvious reasons, carpark so you don't circle the block, non-smoking spots, public toilets, a proper restaurant setup, and a shop for impulse buys. Conference facilities are there if your date turns into a board meeting somehow, and they go out of their way to welcome people with access needs.
