Earp Distillery is handing over the kitchen to Fermento Pizza Joint for a laidback Sunday aperitivo on 15 February 2026, right near Newcastle. Think Romanstyle pizza that might just ruin you for all other slices, deep grooves spinning from the decks, that golden hour glow, and whatever crisp drinks Earp Distilling Co whips up behind the bar. Its the sort of afternoon where you wonder why every Sunday isnt like this, minus the inevitable Monday regret.

Tomek from ColourSound collective one of Newcastles go to crews for parties since 2014, alongside Phil Smart is on the decks. Theyve been throwing sessions across Newcastle, Sydney, and Brisbane for years. On site youve got a bar, carpark, public toilets, non smoking vibes, a restaurant setup, even a shop, plus they actively welcome folks with access needs so no ones left out.
