The Newcastle City Library is spilling the beans on how to whip up your very own batch of playdough during the school holidays. Turns out, it's a surprisingly simple feat involving just five everyday ingredients, which might even be fewer than you'd find in your morning coffee. Come along to uncover the secrets, and then feel free to stay and let the creative juices flow.

You'll find a grand assortment of tools, colours, and natural textures available for all manner of squishing, shaping, and general sensory exploration. It's all about getting hands-on and sparking a bit of imaginative fun for children of all ages, provided they bring along a grown-up to supervise the masterpieces (or the glorious mess). There's no cost involved, and you can simply drop in whenever suits.
